Criminal Defense

Experienced representation is essential when facing criminal charges. Conviction of a crime in New Hampshire can have serious and life altering consequences. When accused of a crime, consulting with experienced legal counsel before speaking with law enforcement is paramount.

The key to success in a criminal matter is diligent preparation for trial while at the same time exploring the possibility of a non-trial disposition.

Over the last 35 years, Tony DiPadova has successfully represented many individuals charged with a wide range of criminal offenses. His partner, Alex Scott is a former prosecutor and retired police chief with intricate knowledge of the criminal justice system.
